Just wanted to play with this feature a bit. Anyway, for those who do not know. JOH stands for the Journey of Hope, a bike ride for Push America, the national philanthropy of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Over the course of 4,000 miles and 2 months of riding my team and I will bring a message of acceptance for people with disabilities to millions of Americans nationwide. Check the official Journey of Hope site at: http://www.pushamerica.org/events/JOH/

Training Time!

Training is going really well. When I first started an average ride was 5-10 miles with 15 being considered a long ride. Now that I am getting in better shape, 30-50 is an average day of training so as you can imagine, that helps to boost the confidence a bit! Anyway, this is really a test entry to make sure I know how to use all the different features.
